For Dealers with a Permanent Deposit on Account

Tier 1

• Commission: 3.8% of the vehicle price

• Japanese Domestic Charges: 90,000 JPY

• Deposit: €3,000

• Freight: Additional cost

• Deposit Refund: After purchasing 10 vehicles

• Vehicle Purchase Price: ¥500,000

• Commission: ¥19,000 (3.8%)

• Japanese Domestic Charges: ¥90,000

• Transport: ¥10,000 (varies)

 Tier 2

• Commission: 3% of the vehicle price

• Japanese Domestic Charges: 80,000 JPY

• Deposit: €4,000

• Freight: Additional cost

• Deposit Refund: After purchasing 20 vehicles

• Commission: ¥15,000 (3%)

 Tier 4 (Higher Volume Dealers)

• Commission: 2% of the vehicle price

• Deposit Refund: After purchasing 100 vehicles

• Vehicle Purchase Price: ¥500,000

• Commission: ¥10,000 (2%)

• Japanese Domestic Charges: ¥80,000

 Additional Terms

• If the required purchase volume is not met and the customer requests a deposit refund, the refund will be processed only after recalculating the commission at the applicable higher rate.

• If the deposit amount is insufficient to cover an invoice, the customer is required to pay the outstanding balance.
