How to Buy at Japanese Auctions?

Buying a car from Japanese auctions is a straightforward process, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.

Here's how it works:

1. Registration
After registering with us, you'll gain direct access to our special auction system, where you can browse and choose cars from all auctions across Japan.

2. Making a Deposit
To start bidding on the cars you're interested in, a deposit is required. Once this is completed, you'll have full bidding privileges.

3. Auction Details
Every day, between 10,000 to 50,000 vehicles are sold at Japanese auctions. Each vehicle comes with an auction sheet—a detailed report covering the car’s history, exterior and interior condition, engine, transmission, and all mechanical components. The auction sheet is in Japanese, but your personal manager will provide a translation in your preferred language.

4. Bidding Process
  • Bid Deadlines: Regular bids must be submitted by 9:15 AM (local Japanese time). Due to time differences, you can conveniently place bids the evening before the auction.
  • Making Changes: On auction day, you can cancel bids (before the car is up for bidding), adjust your bid amount, or place new bids. All changes should be coordinated with your personal manager in advance.
  • Final Submission: Ensure all bids are confirmed at least 2 hours before the auction starts. Since start times vary by Auction House, your personal manager will provide exact details.
  • Bid Adjustments: With your prior consent, we can increase your maximum bid by 10,000 - 30,000 JPY to improve your chances of winning.

5. Successful Bids

If your bid is successful, we'll send you an invoice and all the purchase details within one business day.

6. After Purchase
Once we've secured your car, we handle the payment, pick it up from the auction, manage all export procedures, and start the delivery process. For our regular customers, you can continue bidding and purchasing under your previously agreed terms.

We're Here to Help
Throughout the entire process, your personal manager will be available to provide information, answer your questions, and ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Happy bidding!
