I sent 7,243,318 JPY to Carvector and they stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages and emails (and they paused the logistics for sending the car)....

To sum up, we would like to note that we really value the people who contact us. And if we see that a person is in a difficult situation or there are some moments of misunderstanding, we will make every effort to resolve the issues that have arisen. By the way, for some categories of people (with disabilities) we provide discounts or work without commission at all. But, at the same time, we are not ready for several employees of our company to answer the same questions of one client over and over again just because the person expects to receive different answers from us. All work related to communication is done not by robots, but by living people, employees of our company, who also have their own resource, which they really strive to invest in making the process of buying a car as smooth, understandable and convenient for our clients as possible. Despite the fact that you have not paid the remainder, your car is scheduled to be shipped from the port of Yokohama on May 27.
